Q. Will the decal damage my wall?
A. We use high-quality vinyl which does not mark or harm your walls and is completely removable without a trace. Please ensure you read the Application & Care Instructions prior to installing.

Q. Which colours are available and how do I select my colour?
A. Please see our Colour Chart for the range. Before you add an item to the cart you will need to select the colour you would like as well as typing in the custom details.

Q. How do I place a custom order?

Q. Do you accept returns on personalised orders?
A. We do not accept returns on any personalised order.  This includes orders with incorrect spelling entered at the check out.  Please check this carefully before finalising your order. Please see the Returns & Exchanges page for further information.

Q. What is the cost of delivery?
A. Freight costs are calculated at checkout and are dependent on the weight of your order.

Q. How long will shipping take?
A. Shipping will normally take between 3-7 business days depending on your location.  Some remote areas can also take longer.

Q. How long will my order take to be shipped?
A. Most items are custom made and not held in stock, please allow up to 5 business days for your order to be shipped.
